Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, our TVS1740 billet lids enhance both the appearance and the sound of your vehicle. They are engineered to fit perfectly under the hoods of Chevrolet Z06, CTS-V, and ZL1 models when paired with THP port-injection plates. The design offers a 20% increase in volume over the stock Gen 1 LT4 lid and a 15% increase over the stock Gen 2 LT4 lid. Its sleek profile removes unnecessary ribbing and amplifies the signature supercharger whine.

Each lid includes mounting hardware and a pair of anodized badges in black, red, blue, or bronze, featuring your choice of engraved logo. For custom engraving or UV-printed artwork, simply provide a clean, high-quality image - preferably in PDF, DXF, or Adobe AI format - and select “Custom Badge.”
