Return Policy

TooHighPsi Engineering offers a limited return policy for products purchased directly from our website or dealer portal.

  1. We only accept returns of unused, uninstalled, brand new goods returned in original packaging.
  2. A 15% restocking fee will be charged based on the price paid for the item(s) and will be applied after the actual cost of shipping is deducted from the total price paid.
  3. A 3% fee is also charged on any canceled or refunded orders to cover our costs for credit card processing fees which are not refunded to us by the processor.
  4. We do not accept returns for any used, damaged, or installed items.
  5. All special orders and custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  6. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number (RMA) assigned from TooHighPsi Engineering and be shipped back within 30 days from original date of sale to be eligible for a refund.
  7. Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee provided that the product being exchanged is unused and in brand new condition.
  8. TooHighPsi Engineering does not cover return shipping charges.
