TooHighPsi Engineering accepts returns on new, unused, and uninstalled products purchased directly from our website or dealer portal. All returned products must be shipped back in their original packaging with all included components.

Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be new, unused, and uninstalled
• Must be in original packaging
• Return must be requested within 30 days of purchase
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before shipping the product back

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, installed, or damaged products
• Items without original packaging or missing components
• Custom or special-order products
• Any return without an assigned RMA number

Fees & Refund Processing

• A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns
• Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
• Orders canceled before shipment incur a 3% processing fee due to non-refundable payment processor fees
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected

Exchanges

• Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee when the returned item is in brand-new, unused condition

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@toohighpsi.com with:

1. Your order number
2. The product you wish to return or exchange
3. The reason for the request

Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
