SLAYER Belt Wrap Kit - Corvette / Z06 - LT1 / LT4

The TooHighPsi SLAYER Upper Belt Wrap Kit is the ultimate solution for managing belt slip on your LT4 based 10 rib or 12 rib C7 Corvette supercharger drive!

Belt slip is a common issue on high output, maximum effort race cars where power required to drive the supercharger can exceed 200HP! The THP SLAYER system is the perfect solution.  Our upper belt wrap kit has been carefully engineered to add a 4th idler pulley directly under the supercharger. By positioning the extra idler on the low tension side of the supercharger belt, it significantly reduces loading and stress on the brackets and bearings ensuring minimal deflection under load and improved durability. 

The additional THP SLAYER smooth idler pulley allows up to 24% more wrap on the supercharger pulley for improved grip. A custom 6061 billet front cover plate provides additional support to the 4th idler and ties into the existing idlers to provide a highly stable drive platform for big horsepower applications. SLAYER also has a second mounting location in the cover plate to allow for optimum fit of the idler when using THP Port Plates.  SLAYER has been carefully designed for convenient belt fitment, allowing the belt to be installed, and the idler pulleys fully torqued down before the cover is attached.

The SLAYER kit will work with both the TooHighPsi standard 10 rib and REAPER 12 rib drive systems and adds peace of mind for racers looking to squeeze every extra HP out of their build.

Installation Notes;

1. Use of the a 12 rib crank pulley on the C7 platform will require a small modification to the chassis cross member per the Installation Instructions
2. If you have a Corvette LT1/4 with the original Gen 1 THP billet Thermostat Housing, it will need modification to work with the SLAYER kit. Our current Gen 2 Thermostat Housing has been redesigned to allow proper fitment.
