12 Rib REAPER Belt Drive - Camaro / CTS-V / CT5-V - LT1 / LT4

The TooHighPsi REAPER Supercharger Drive System is a custom LT4 based 12 rib kit designed for high-performance race cars, maximizing belt grip so your supercharger maintains full boost all the way to the finish line!

Building upon our established 10 rib conversion kit, the REAPER includes redesigned pulleys and idlers and a new adjustable billet tensioner bracket to accommodate the wider 12 rib belt. These modifications allow proper positioning of the LT5 tensioner, ensuring optimal alignment and tension throughout the system under all conditions.

The REAPER 12 Rib Belt Drive System offers:

• 20% more surface contact of the belt compared to a 10 rib system
• New billet aluminum tensioner bracket redesigned to accept higher loads
• Two LT5 tensioner mounting locations to allow up to 1” of belt adjustment
• New 12 rib billet aluminum idler pulley on the LT5 tensioner with high speed double row bearings

TooHighPsi 12 Rib Drive Systems utilize a '+3, -1' rib arrangement compared to the stock LT4 8 rib drive (3 ribs are forward and 1 rib is back of the standard OE 8 rib), or '+1, -1' rib arrangement when compared to the THP 10 rib drive.

Installation Notes

1. A 12 rib crank pulley is not included. They are available for purchase separately from our website.  Check out the GRIM REAPER package for a full 12 rib solution.
2.  A 12 rib supercharger pulley is not included. Select options and custom sizing are available from our website.
   
3. Crank pulley fitment requires the use of ATI crank damper part #918856
